What we collect

What the forms collect

Our forms ask only for what we need to reply to you. Depending on the form, that can be:

• Your name and your business name
• Your phone number and email
• Your city or service area
• Your website, if you share it
• Your message
• Your answers to the audit questions
• Whether you asked us to text you

When you send a form, our server also records the time, a scrambled version of your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from. We use these to stop spam and to keep the forms working.

Where it goes

Where your details go

Your details are saved on our server and in our CRM, the system we use to keep track of people we talk to. We also send them to ourselves by email, through our email provider. If you ask us to text you, your number goes to our text message provider so the text can be sent.

That's it. We never sell your details and we never share them with anyone for marketing. You won't be added to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

If you ask us to text you, we use your number only for your audit. Mobile numbers and text opt-ins are never shared or sold. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Cookies and tracking

No tracking, no analytics cookies

There are no tracking cookies and no analytics cookies on this site. There's no Google Analytics, no ad pixel and no outside script of any kind. The fonts, the styles and the one small script all come from our own server.

If a form comes back with an error, a short lived cookie holds what you typed for a few minutes, so you don't have to type it again. It's never used to track you.

Deletion

How to ask for deletion

To have your details removed, email hamud@weyney.com and ask. You don't need to give a reason. We'll delete your form entry, your CRM record, the emails your form created and any audit files. Then we'll reply to say it's done.
